Westport Center for the Arts’ 2022-23 Noontime Concert Series continues Sept. 15, 2023 with a free performance by the Brookside String Quartet with Thomas Aber on clarinet. Performers will include Alex Shum, Francesca Manheim, Kent Brauninger, and Larry Figg of the Brookside Quartet along with Aber. The program entitled “Britannic Voyage: Music from England and Scotland” will feature  several pieces by the Brookside Quartet, a solo by clarinetist Aber, and a quintet for bass clarinet and strings.
