A Free Benefit Jazz Concert to raise funds for the New Poor Peoples Campaign, which is renewing the 50-year-old dream of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. to change the narrative about Poverty and Inequality in our nation.

The Doug Talley Quartet will be performing their exciting jazz music: Doug Talley (saxophone), James Albright (bass), Charles Williams (piano) and Keith Kavanaugh (drums). There will be an interlude with an action message from people organizing the New Poor People’s Campaign.

We will take up a collection at the conclusion to help the campaign in its organizing and civil disobedience actions here in Missouri in May and June.
