Dancing Word: “Carrying the Ancestors’ Stories”

The popularity of our Dancing Word performances has been growing, and another event is scheduled for Oct. 27 and 28. This performance in entitled “Carrying the Ancestors’ Stories.” It explores both our personal ancestors and our ancestral heritage, such as historical change makers who have paved a way for the next generation. Taylor Brown’s “Poem for the Ancestors” about her beloved grandmother and Glenn Stewart’s nod to inventor Mary Anderson, in “A Window of Change” are highlights in the program.
